The State Legislature’s policy committees will kick off this month and provide the first real test to the 2,350 bills introduced this year, including CSDA’s co-sponsored measures to reform CARB’s ZEV mandate and eliminate the sunset on remote Brown Act meeting flexibility. NSDA, of which CSDA is a founding member, is asking special districts to help build the case for a reintroduction of our historic special district federal definition.
